It was always a treat to see these magnificent birds sailing around in the shallow waters of Balmoral Beach in Sydney. Driving up to the Northern Beaches of Sydney, it was common to see the lampposts, which lined the Pittwater Road at Narrabeen Lagoon, each with a resting pelican on the top.
Acrylic on canvas board.
20.3cm x 20.3cm (8" x 8"), 3mm thick.
