European Green Woodpecker

I have been lucky enough to see a few of these stunning woodpeckers around where I currently live. They can be seen on the ground foraging from time to time and, when taking flight, the bright flashes of red are revealed. I love the contrast between the lime and olive greens and the firey red. Sold in March, the buyer opted for a black mount.
