Shipping policy

I aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, however, occasionally this may not be possible so please allow 2-3 days for despatch. Fine art prints have a longer turnaround time, due to being printed to order.

WITHIN MAINLAND UK
Shipping will be calculated at checkout as follows:
Greetings Cards
— GBP 5.00 (tracking included). Flat rate, any additional cards in same order, to same delivery address, ship for free.
Paintings and Fine Art Prints — FREE (tracking and insurance included)
Important As buyer, it is your responsibility to provide the full and correct delivery address/addressee and to be able to take delivery of your package. If either requirement is not met and your order is returned to me as a result, redelivery will be payable or a refund will be issued minus all delivery-related expenses.
If your delivery address is a business premises, please add the name of the business in the delivery address; delivery companies sometimes will not deliver to a business address with no company name.

INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate. Tracking included, signature required on delivery, usually 5-10 days. Shipping will be added at checkout.
International (Non-US) – GBP 25.00 Includes the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, Monaco, Norway, Iceland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Singapore, Japan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Norfolk Island, Greenland.
EU – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
United States – GBP 35.00. Duties and fees pre-paid prior to shipping, to eliminate delays at US customs.
Important Depending on your country's laws you may be charged an import duty and/or tax. All import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and I am unable to advise you whether import duties will be chargeable as they vary from country to country and are at the discretion of your country's customs officials – please contact your relevant authorities for more information. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping companies, while generally reliable, deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive within this time. As buyer/importer, it is your responsibility to provide the full and correct address/addressee and to be able to take delivery of your package. If either requirement is not met and your order is returned to me as a result, a refund will be issued minus all delivery-related expenses. Refunds will not be eligible on orders returned to us due to refusal to receive.
Transit times Estimated transit times for international destinations are not guaranteed. Generally speaking these timeframes are accurate but occasionally, for causes beyond my control, there are delays for which I cannot be held responsible. Therefore, if you have a deadline by which you need to receive your order, you order at your risk. I dispatch orders promptly, normally within 24 hours for original artwork. Prints are produced to order so turnaround time is approximately a week.

PACKAGING
I have many years' experience dispatching orders around the world and so please be assured that all artworks will be carefully and sufficiently packaged as possible to safeguard against damage in transit. I do my best to use as environmentally friendly packaging where possible, without compromising the level of protection.

GIFT SERVICE
If your purchase is intended as a gift, I can send your package to the recipient on your behalf with an optional gift card containing your personal message. All you need to do is let me know that your order is a gift in the Order Notes box during checkout, this is also where you can enter the wording for the gift card if you’d like to include one. My packing slips do not display prices.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Things get very busy for courier companies leading up to and beyond the Christmas/New Year period, resulting in transit times usually taking longer so please order as early as possible if your purchase is intended as a gift!

COLLECTION OF ORDERS
I’m sometimes asked if it is possible for an order to be picked up in person. Since I operate online only, with no shop front, I regret that it is not possible for orders to be collected.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please first check the latest tracking information by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email sent to you at time of dispatch. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk mail. I’ll be glad to offer assistance, should you need it. Please note that, if in the unlikely event your order is not received, it is important to contact me in good time after the expected delivery date.
