Alongside my birds and nature subjects, I am developing a new series called Yesteryear. This collection comprises sentimental items that hold meaning across generations, such as old family photographs, jewellery, heirlooms, or keepsakes. If you have an object or memory you would love preserved as a painting, I can create an artwork that encapsulates its story. How the Commission Process Works
Commissioning a painting is a collaborative and enjoyable process via email. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Initial Enquiry – Please contact me with your idea and subject.
2. Discussion & Quote – We’ll discuss size, style, framing options and timescale. I’ll provide a quote and an estimated completion date.
3. Reference Material – For personal objects, I work from clear photographs provided by you; for birds, I will research and source reference to work from.
4. Deposit – A 25% deposit of the total is required before work begins on your artwork.
5. Creation – Once details are agreed and deposit is received, I begin the painting.
6. Delivery – Your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
