I aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, occasionally this may not be possible so if your order is urgent, please email me to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
WITHIN THE UK
Tracked and insured shipping of your artwork/s included. Shipping will be calculated at checkout, here is a guide:
Stationery and miniature paintings — FREE Shipping
Small parcel — GBP 7.00 (tracked, insured, signature on delivery)
Medium parcel — GBP 12.00 (tracked, insured, signature on delivery)
Large parcel — GBP 35.00 (tracked, insured, signature on delivery)
Important If your order is required to be delivered within 5 business days, we strongly recommend that you opt for Special Delivery.
As buyer, it is your responsibility to provide the full and correct delivery address/addressee and to be able to take delivery of your package. If either requirement is not met and your order is not delivered as a result, a refund will be issued minus all delivery-related expenses. Refunds will not be eligible on orders returned to us due to refusal to receive.
If your delivery address is a business premises, please don’t forget to add the name of the business in the delivery address – delivery companies sometimes will not deliver to a business address with no company name.

Important Depending on your country's laws (most only impose duties on goods over a certain value) you may be charged an import duty. All import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and I am unable to advise you whether import duties will be chargeable as they vary from country to country and are at the discretion of your country's customs officials – please contact your customs office for this information. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping companies, while generally reliable, deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive within this time. Transit timesEstimated transit times for international destinations are not guaranteed. Generally speaking these timeframes are accurate but occasionally, for causes beyond my control, there are delays which I cannot be held responsible for, therefore if you have a deadline by which you need to receive your order, you order at your risk. I dispatch orders promptly, normally within 24 hours.
Things get very busy for courier companies leading up to and beyond the Christmas/New Year period, resulting in transit times usually taking longer so please order as early as possible if your purchase is intended as a gift!
All artworks are carefully packaged to safeguard against damage in transit. I do my best to use as environmentally friendly packaging as possible, without compromising the level of protection.
If your purchase is intended as a gift, I can send your package to the recipient on your behalf with an optional gift card containing your personal message. All you need to do is let me know that your order is a gift in the Order Notes box during checkout, this is also where you can enter the wording for the gift card if you’d like to include one. My packing slips do not display prices.
COLLECTION OF ORDERS
I’m sometimes asked if it is possible for an order to be picked up in person. Since I operate online only, with no shop front, I regret that it is not possible for orders to be collected.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please first check the latest tracking information by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email sent to you at time of dispatch. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk mail. I’ll be glad to offer assistance, should you need it. Please note that, if in the unlikely event your order is not received, it is important to contact me in good time after the expected delivery date.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
