Flame Robin Gouache Painting

The Flame Robin (Petroica phoenicea) is a small bird found in southeastern Australia, identifiable by its vibrant red-orange breast and throat and dark grey head and body and striking white wing markings. During the winter months, some migrate to lower altitudes, where they can be spotted in open woodlands and grassy areas, feeding on insects and small arthropods.

Gouache paint and colour pencil on high quality 300gsm watercolour paper.

A4 — 20cm x 29.7cm.

Signed on the front. A certificate of authenticity will be provided with the artwork. The painting will arrive in a protective cellophane envelope.
