British Bird Paintings

Original gouache paintings of British birds, hand-painted on fine watercolour paper.

Having lived in the UK for much of my life, the birds of the British Isles feel just as much a part of my art practice as those of Australia. This collection includes robins, kingfishers, goldfinches, jackdaws and many more familiar garden and countryside species, painted in gouache and coloured pencil on watercolour paper, with close attention to the fine detail of feather and form.
All paintings are original, one-of-a-kind artworks, signed on the front and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Many artworks are also available as giclée fine art prints. If there's a British species you'd love to see painted, commissions are always welcome.
